Out back, a private yard with mountain views gives the grill room to work and children space to run. Across the grounds, hammocks hang among the trees, a sauna looks over the stream on crisp autumn mornings, and fire pits glow late under a sky thick with stars.

Bread Alone is a two-minute drive for morning loaves, and the Ashokan Rail Trail is seven minutes off. Woodstock's shops and restaurants are about fifteen minutes away, Phoenicia Diner is close by, and Belleayre Ski Resort is twenty-five minutes up the road, with Overlook Mountain waiting for a clear fall hike.
