Walk around the corner to Tinker Street for shops and restaurants, breakfast at Oriole 9, or a show at the Woodstock Playhouse, and Levon Helm Studios is about three minutes by car. When you want more, Kingston, Hudson and Rhinebeck make easy day trips, and then it's back home to a glass of wine as the last light goes gold through the trees.
