Mornings start on the front porch, where rocking chairs look out over the countryside and cows wander along the fence. Deer cross the grassy backyard, the charcoal grill waits by the outdoor dining table, and after dark the fire pit crackles while marshmallows toast on skewers.

Legoland is less than ten minutes away, and the village of Goshen, with its cute coffee shops and restaurants, is about seven. Glenmere Mansion is a short drive, as are Mount Peter and Sugar Loaf. On a summer night, the Warwick Drive-In lights its screen over the dark fields.
