Six-Bedroom House with Pool and Hot Tub

About this property

Steam lifts off the hot tub into a cold, starry night, the woods go quiet around the hill, and the house glows warm behind you. Morning brings deer grazing the front lawn through the haze.

Inside, six bedrooms and two and a half baths sleep 14. A big kitchen opens onto a long dining table where everyone fits for dinner, and evenings drift toward the pellet stove in the living room with music on the Sonos while the movie crowd claims the enclosed TV room. Downstairs, billiards, ping pong, a four-player arcade cabinet and a small gym make rainy afternoons fly by.

Summer days belong to the heated pool, the playground and a front lawn wide enough for a soccer match. Raspberries grow wild across the seven acres. After dark, the fire pit is where the marshmallows come out.

Mountain Creek and Mount Peter are about 15 minutes away for skiing or snow tubing. In warmer months, Warwick Valley Winery, Pennings brewery and the farms around town fill an easy afternoon, with Legoland and a drive-in movie theater within reach. Save room for apples from Ochs Orchard and a cone at Bellvale Creamery on the drive home.
